Description

Job Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound customer communication for Amazon and independent website (calls, messages, emails).

- Handle after-sales issues for high-ticket orders, including disputes, logistics problems, returns and refunds.

- Follow up customer orders, maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

- Record customer feedback and comply with Amazon platform service rules.

 

Job Requirements

- Educational Background: Science and engineering background (mechanical/electrical/engineering majors preferred), capable of understanding technical product knowledge.

- Work Experience: Proven experience in high-ticket customer service, handling orders over $200 USD; $1000 USD order experience is highly preferred. Amazon & independent site customer service experience is a plus.

- Language: Fluent accent-free English (spoken & written) for smooth communication with global customers.

- Skills: Quick learner, good logical thinking and problem-solving ability to handle complex after-sales issues.

- Others: Responsible and service-oriented; able to adapt to cross-border working hours.

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Ebike/electric vehicle or mechanical product customer service.

- Familiar with Amazon and independent website service processes.

- Experienced in resolving high-ticket order disputes.
