Sales Representative, Cebu

Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Area Sales Manager
• Ensure timely securing of accounts receivable and collections
• Consistently achieve assigned sales quota
• Promote and manage the companys product portfolio and assigned accounts
• Handle client coordination and address account-related concerns
• Participate in bidding processes and support business development initiatives
• Identify and develop new accounts, clients, and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks including remittances, expense reports, itineraries, approvals, and bookings

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any 4-year Business-related or Medical-related course
• Proven sales experience, preferably in diagnostic products (reagents, consumables, and equipment)
• Strong sales drive; confident, outgoing, structured, and relationship-oriented
• Highly motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel nationwide for field assignments
• Experience in preparing bid documents, especially for government transactions, is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
