CEBU URGENT HIRING: 3-4 Customer Service Staff (Outsourced Full-Time)


Industry: Ebike / Electric Bicycle Cross-border E-commerce


Work Platform: Amazon + Brand Independent Site (Inbound & Outbound Call/Message Support)


Core Requirements

- Zero Accent & Fluent English (oral & written)

- STEM/Engineering Background (able to understand technical Ebike products)

- High-ticket service experience: handled orders above $200 USD, $1000 USD order experience is a big plus

- Prior Amazon / independent site customer service experience is preferred


Job Scope

Handle global customer consultation, order follow-up, after-sales dispute resolution, return & refund issues for high-value Ebike orders.
