We are currently in need of Quantity Surveyor.

Join our growing team at Litecrete Corp. and play a key role in driving successful construction projects through accurate cost management and estimation. 

Job Description:

• Prepare cost estimates, cost control, budgets, and bill of quantities.
• Evaluate tender documents, contracts, and technical drawings.
• Review all estimates, costings, and proposal.
• Provide cost advice, value engineering and risk management.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed is preferred but not required
• 2-3 years experience in estimation and quantity surveying
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Autocad and any QS Software is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Construction methods and processes.
• Can start ASAP
