JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in any Engineering course.

Extensive background in validation, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and leadership.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP standards

Strong communication, documentation, and team management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and supervise validation engineers and staff performing process validation activities.

Plan, organize, and manage validation projects, including OQ and PQ tasks

Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, and related documentation to ensure compliance

Align QMS processes with ISO 13485 and MDSAP requirements

Monitor product registration status and oversee timely certification renewals

Develop and implement training programs to maintain staff competency and regulatory compliance
