Workforce Management (WFM) Team Lead, Cebu

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management Team Lead to oversee workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and performance management activities. This role will lead WFM specialists while ensuring operational efficiency and providing actionable workforce insights to business leaders.

Lead and develop the Workforce Management team

Oversee scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce analysis activities

Monitor operational performance and staffing requirements

Prepare workforce reports, dashboards, and executive presentations

Analyze workforce data and recommend process improvements

Support new business requirements through workforce planning initiatives

Manage escalations and ensure service level objectives are achieved

Collaborate closely with Operations and Leadership teams

Minimum 4 years of experience in an operations or service environment

At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience

Workforce Management experience strongly preferred

Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and dashboard creation

Experience with Power BI and reporting tools is highly preferred

Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
