Description

1. Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.

2. Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars to clients.

3. Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/ problems.

4. Develop and sustain business in Key and Mega Projects.

5. Work with Technical Team to provide technical support services to the customers in achieving key projects sales objectives.


Education:

Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture or any four (4) year related course.


Work Experience:

With at least five (5) years of working experience in sales in construction or distribution industry.

Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.


Skills:

Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with valid professional drivers license).

Possesses a strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
