About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Specialist to support sales operations, financial monitoring, and administrative processes in a fast-paced agricultural production and distribution environment.


This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong accounting and administrative skills who can help ensure smooth daily operations, accurate financial tracking, and reliable sales reporting. The position plays a critical role in maintaining organized records, monitoring company cash flow, and supporting management in operational decision-making.



Responsibilities:


Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Consolidate and monitor daily and weekly sales data and reports
  • Prepare and issue Sales Invoices (SI), Delivery Receipts (DR), and other sales-related documents based on verified sales summaries
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory movement, and operational data
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and summaries for management review
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting compliance

Financial Management & Accounting Support

  • Monitor company cash flow, including daily inflows and outflows
  • Track customer payments and maintain updated accounts receivable and aging reports
  • Record and monitor accounts payable to ensure timely settlement of obligations
  • Assist in preparing financial summaries, operational reports, and basic financial analysis
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and properly filed

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation related to sales, accounting, and operations
  • Support management in preparing operational and financial reports
  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Operations, Greenhouse, and Admin teams
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with management and department teams to ensure smooth information flow
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve administrative and reporting processes
  • Support company operations and special projects when necessary



Job Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Proven experience in accounting, administrative support, sales reporting, or operations coordination
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and office management tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling records and financial data
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Capable of working independently and in a collaborative team environment
