Job Overview / Summary

As the Creative Storyteller for Bai Finance, you will be the visual architect of our brand. You are responsible for transforming complex financial concepts into engaging, educational, and culturally resonant video content. By bridging the gap between raw footage and a polished final product, you will help make finance accessible to Filipino audiences through high-impact storytelling across all digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Edit high-quality short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) content, incorporating on-brand transitions, captions, and sound design.
• Social Media Optimization: Adapt assets for various platforms by optimizing aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and tailoring pacing to maximize retention and engagement.
• Creative Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop video concepts that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Post-Production Excellence: Perform color correction, basic grading, and audio leveling to ensure a professional and consistent visual style.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a streamlined library of video assets, stock footage, and motion graphics for team accessibility.
• Trend Integration: Research and apply current social media trends, viral audio, and innovative editing techniques relevant to the PH-AU financial landscape.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Proven Experience: Track record as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form content (Finance/Real Estate experience is a plus).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects and CapCut is highly preferred.
• Hardware Setup: Access to a high-performance computer capable of rendering high-resolution video and a stable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino to ensure cultural nuance in storytelling.
