About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Manager for Marketing to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth.

This role is responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies across traditional, digital, and below-the-line channels while ensuring consistent brand execution nationwide. The ideal candidate is both analytical and innovative, capable of translating market insights into impactful campaigns that increase sales and customer loyalty.

The position will directly manage the Digital Marketing Supervisor, Graphic Artist, and Marketing Associate while collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

• Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and trade marketing channels.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness and sales conversion.
• Create marketing calendars and promotional activities to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.

Brand Management

• Strengthen and maintain consistent brand identity across all branches, marketing materials, and communication platforms.
• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines across online and offline executions.
• Introduce innovative marketing concepts, visuals, and communication strategies that enhance customer experience and market visibility.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, online analytics, and customer feedback to optimize campaign performance.
• Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and improve ROI.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, media partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Budget & Reporting

• Manage marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and campaign expenditures efficiently.
• Prepare post-campaign analysis reports, liquidation reports, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely submission and monitoring of marketing documentation and approvals.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.

Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of proven marketing experience in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, retail, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.

Technical Skills

• Knowledgeable in:
• Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing)
• Marketing Analytics and Performance Reporting
• CRM and Marketing Automation Tools
• MS Office, particularly Excel, and Google Sheets
• Basic design principles and marketing creatives
