Location: Cebu IT PARK

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service through phone, email, or chat support.

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least K12 or High School old curriculum graduates
• Good Communication Skills
