Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Cebu City, Philippines (Cebu IT Park / Cebu Business Park)

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Salary Package: 11,000 22,000 / month (Based on account assignment and qualifications)

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and resilient Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Cebu City. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international or local customers, delivering high-quality support and resolution across various industries. Candidates will be profiled into one of our specialized business units (Retail, Telco, Financial, or Travel) based on their technical skills, communication style, and assessment results.

Key Responsibilities by Account Segment

• Retail Account: Assist customers with order placements, tracking shipments, processing returns/refunds, and resolving billing or promotional inquiries.
• Telco Account: Troubleshoot basic network, hardware, or service issues; handle plan upgrades, billing explanations, and retain customers through effective problem-solving.
• Financial Account: Handle sensitive account inquiries, assist with card activations, process balance inquiries, explain transaction history, and strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
• Travel Account: Manage flight, hotel, or car rental reservations; handle booking modifications, cancellations, and provide real-time updates regarding travel disruptions.

General Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Communication Skills: Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with clear active listening abilities.
• Tech Savviness: Strong computer navigation skills, familiarity with basic office software, and a minimum typing speed of 30-35 WPM.
• Work Flexibility: Fully willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City and flexible to work shifting schedules (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
• Aptitude: Coachable, highly resilient, and capable of maintaining a calm, empathetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
