Job Summary


We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager Human Resource Operations to lead and strengthen the overall HR and administrative functions of a growing retail and distribution organization based in Cebu.


The role is responsible for driving HR operational excellence, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and organizational development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership in implementing HR strategies that support business growth and workforce effectiveness.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end HR Operations including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Performance Management, and Administration
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives
  • Manage HR operational budgets, workforce planning, and process improvements
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads on strategic HR initiatives and manpower planning
  • Oversee performance management, total rewards, training and development, and employee relations cases
  • Improve HR systems, reporting, and operational efficiency


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience in General Human Resource Management
  • Experience in retail, distribution, or automotive/motorcycle industry is highly preferred
  • Strong background in HR Operations including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and highly results-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Masters Degree and HR certifications are an advantage
