QA Manufacturing Supervisor, Cebu

Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Industry: Manufacturing (Medical Devices / Electronics)

Location: Cebu City

Schedule: Fulltime, Regular Shift

Salary Range: Php 30,000 40,000

Work Arrangement: Onsite

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Strong background in validation, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and leadership
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP standards
• Excellent communication, documentation, and team management skills

• Supervise validation engineers and staff handling process validation activities
• Plan, organize, and oversee validation projects, including OQ and PQ tasks
• Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, and related documentation to ensure compliance
• Align QMS processes with ISO 13485 and MDSAP requirements
• Monitor product registration and manage certification renewals on time
• Develop and implement training programs to maintain staff competency and regulatory compliance
• Oversee product quality, lead nonconformance investigations, and drive corrective actions
