Production Manager, Cebu

Job Summary

Clavano Printers is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager/Head to oversee and optimize daily production operations.

The role requires strong expertise in production planning, manpower utilization, efficiency improvement, and machine maintenance to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee production scheduling and planning to meet delivery timelines.

 Ensure optimal manpower utilization and deployment.

 Implement line balancing and workflow improvements.

 Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity.

 Monitor and improve line efficiency and output performance.

 Supervise machine maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.

 Coordinate closely with Sales and Pre-Press for job requirements.

 Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.

 Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

 Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering (required)

 At least three (3) years experience in a production/manufacturing environment

 Strong knowledge of:

o Production scheduling            

o Line balancing

o Time and motion study

o Efficiency measurement

o Machine maintenance systems

 Proven leadership and team management skills

 Highly analytical and results-driven

Preferred Skills

Experience in printing or similar production industry

Background in process improvement / lean manufacturing

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
