Position: Manufacturing Control Section Head
Company Industry: Manufacturing (Electronic Switches & Components)
Work Location: LapuLapu City, Cebu, Philippines
Work Schedule: Fulltime, Regular Shift (MondayFriday)
Salary: Php 25,000Php 30,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred) or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Production Head or Supervisor in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
- Selfmotivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Lead and supervise production teams to meet output and quality targets
- Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to align with customer demand
- Resolve complex manufacturing process issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
