Digital Marketing Specialist, Cebu

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key part in driving digital marketing performance through campaign trafficking, monitoring, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support media roadmap planning aligned with business goals.
• Provide input on paid media strategy, channel mix, and investments.
• Collaborate on audience development, media planning, and KPI forecasting.
• Support lead management and landing page alignment.
• Lead campaign setup, trafficking, and launch execution across paid channels.
• Maintain trafficking documents and post-launch deliverables.
• Support audience activation, tagging, QA, and tracking implementation.
• Contribute to creative testing and campaign optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with creative and web teams for asset consistency.
• Assist with data QA, reporting, performance analysis, and insights generation.
• Support dashboard reporting and campaign performance tracking.
• Monitor marketing technology processes, integrations, and compliance standards.
• Support SEO initiatives including keyword management, audits, and site health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels.
• Strong understanding of media buying platforms, analytics tools, and campaign tracking.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a BPO.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, marketing technology, and compliance standards is an advantage.
