- 13th Month Pay, Pag-Ibig Fund, Philhealth, SSS/GSIS
- Process and monitor dealer and outlet orders and sales-related requests
- Assist in daily and weekly product forecasting and delivery coordination
- Prepare daily sales updates and monitor sales off-take
- Encode, update, and maintain accurate sales orders and records
- Compare actual deliveries against forecasts and report variances
- Process payment requests for rentals, utilities, beverages, and other expenses
- Consolidate petty cash replenishment requests
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (schools, malls, terminals, supermarkets)
- Prepare required documentation and reports
- Maintain organized files, records, and archiving systems
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- College level or graduate of any business-related course
- At least six (6) months experience in Sales Admin, Marketing Assistant, or Customer Service (food industry experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email, and internet applications
- With good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking
- With strong work ethics and strict compliance with company policies
