Must-Have Qualifications

1. Sales Performance Track Record

• Minimum 58 years experience in B2B or automotive/industrial sales
• Proven ability to handle high-value, repeat-purchase accounts
• Strong background in:
• Fleet sales (transport companies, logistics, construction)
• Dealer/distributor networks
• Demonstrated ability to close deals independently without heavy supervision
• History of meeting or exceeding monthly/annual sales targets consistently

2. Business & Office Operations Capability

• At least 3+ years exposure to operations, admin supervision, or branch coordination
• Able to:
• Manage order processing and delivery coordination
• Handle basic inventory awareness (tyres, SKUs, stock flow)
• Coordinate logistics and suppliers
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for tracking sales, stock, and receivables
• Understands basic P&L awareness (revenue, margin, collections)

3. Financial Discipline Awareness

• Experience handling:
• Credit terms / collections follow-up
• Customer payment tracking
• Strong sense of cash flow urgency (not just sales volume)
• Able to work with accounting/finance team for reconciliation

4. Leadership & Initiative

• Has led or coordinated at least small teams (210 people preferred)
• Can operate independently without daily instruction
• Naturally takes ownership of:
• Customer accounts
• Daily sales targets
• Problem resolution (delivery delays, complaints, etc.)
