PR Associate (Cebu Based - Bisaya fluent)

Role Overview:

• Validate language and expression (e.g., Bisaya-first, regional slang, tone)
• Ensure cultural and contextual relevance of content
• Support KOL vetting and strengthen regional credibility

• Verifies and integrates Bisaya-first, BisTaglish, regional slang
• Reviews subtitles, humor, tone Ensures dialect use is intentional, not decorative
• Flags Manila-centric tone shifts
• Cultural & Context Validation
• Regional Credibility & KOL Vetting
• Identifies trending VisMin topics Suggests locally resonant formats Strengthens hyperlocal toolkit angles
• Ensures integration of VisMin references
• Spots niche, community-known creators
• Assesses it's impact to the VisMin audience

Job Requirements/ Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Bisaya and familiarity with BisTaglish.
• Deep understanding of VisMin culture, humor, and community dynamics.
• Strong editorial judgment with sensitivity to regional nuances.
• Experience in content validation, cultural research, or community engagement.
• Ability to identify emerging trends and creators within VisMin.
