Demonstrated honesty and integrity in previous roles, with a strong commitment to ethical behavior.
Prior retail sales experience in a related field is an advantage.
Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team-wide effort.
Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with and influence others.

Responsibilities

Customer Needs Analysis: Identify client challenges and recommend tailored technical solutions.
Technical Demonstrations: Present product features and benefits, explaining complex concepts simply to prospective buyers.
Sales Generation: Prospect new clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to meet sales quotas.
Technical Support & Advice: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and product implementation.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technology to refine sales strategies.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
