Description

Responsibilities
Responsible for attending to all incoming calls consisting of booking or pick-up calls, inquiry calls, tracing, courier calls, complaints and release of Quality Service Reports.
Conducts first level tracing for confirmation of shipment delivery details.
Ensures that standard relay responses and dispatch time are met to maintain company's quality standard service.

Qualifications
College graduate of any four-year course.
Preferably with atleast 1 year related work experience.
Computer literate, Strong proficiency in using MS Excel.
With good communications skills both oral and written.
With TOR/Diploma and or Certificate of Attendance/Certificate of Completion
With proof copy of government numbers (SSS, TIN, Pag-Ibig and PhilHealth)
With updated NBI, Police Clearance, and Barangay Clearance
