Spanish Sales Consultant

We are seeking a driven and customer-service oriented Spanish Sales Consultant to join our team in our Cebu, Central Visayas location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new sales by connecting with potential clients over the phone and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our products and services
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored solutions to customer needs
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour when interacting with customers
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development

What We're Looking For

• A native command of international Spanish and must be fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
• Entry level to 1-2 years experience in customer service in a Spanish support BPO
• A bachelors degree or college level with relevant experience
• The willingness and ability to work onsite (Cebu IT Park); preferably from Cebu but open to outside Cebu applicants
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
