Marketing Strategist with AI Workflow Experience (Full-Time)

We are hiring a full-time Marketing Strategist who can turn ideas, content, or

manuscripts into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and structured launch

strategies. This strategy-first role uses AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to

improve speed and consistency, but relies on strong marketing judgment to guide

decisions. You will play a key role in building repeatable systems that produce

high-quality outputs across multiple projects.

Role Focus

Your primary responsibility is to develop clear, conversion-focused strategies

and messaging frameworks. You will define audience, positioning, and execution

plans, then use AI tools to support content generation and workflow efficiency.

This role requires both independent thinking and the ability to build systems

that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define target audiences, positioning, and core messaging across projects.
• Develop structured marketing strategies including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch

execution plans.

• Create and refine content such as summaries, descriptions, and messaging frameworks.
• Evaluate and improve messaging to strengthen clarity and conversion potential.
• Use AI tools to accelerate output while maintaining high-quality standards.
•   Build and maintain reusable workflows, templates, and prompt systems.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong marketing strategy and positioning experience      
• Deep understanding of audience psychology and conversion 
• Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring ability  
• Ability to critique and improve messaging independently
• Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
• Ability to use AI as a support tool, not a replacement for thinking

Preferred Experience

• Background in content marketing, brand strategy, or product marketing
• Experience building and executing launch strategies or campaigns
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social, ads, SEO, email)
• Experience creating systems, templates, or SOPs for repeatable work
