As a Recruitment Staff, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we find the best ESL teachers and corporate professionals to join our community.

• Talent Sourcing: Actively post job openings and manage applications through JobStreet, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• End-to-End Coordination: Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, from initial CV screening and phone interviews to scheduling final evaluations.
• Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Assist in the collection of pre-employment requirements and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Data Management: Keep our recruitment trackers updated and organized to ensure smooth reporting of hiring metrics.
• Event Support: Participate in career fairs, virtual hiring events, and other recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Education: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any 4-year related course.
• Experience Level: * Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR administrative roles are highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and familiar with social media for professional use.
• Traits: Proactive, organized, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment with a smile.
