Description
- Handles and process orders received. Check and ensure that orders have the correct prices, discounts, product code/description.
- Inputting orders into the system. Ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Accurately prepares and submits correct Sales Order to concerned department for processing.
- Coordinates with the Sales Team all concerns and issues pertaining to the fulfillment of received sales order sales invoice including delivery schedule, mode of payment, product availability , etc.
- Coordinates with other department such as accounting, credit and collection and treasury and ensuring that all inter-departmental policies are observed and followed.
- Prepares and process necessary documents such as for pullout, return and replacement of the products from the client and return of the products in the company warehouse.
- Prepares request for samples, BDO Distributor and office supplies necessary for the sales team.
- Provides other administrative support tot he Sales Team as deemed necessary.
Qualification:
- Bachelors of Business Admin/ Marketing
- Computer proficiency and with writing and verbal skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
