Position Overview
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing business-to-business sales across our whole office and hospitality furniture solutions portfolio spanning office furniture, hotel and restaurant furniture, interior design finishings, modular systems, and other large-scale commercial fit-out requirements. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with corporate clients, developers, hospitality groups, interior designers, and institutional buyers who need a reliable, end-to-end supplier for their projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, a strong commercial instinct, and a proven track record in solution-based selling someone who understands that B2B clients aren't just buying a product, they're buying a partner who can deliver at scale, on spec, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential business clients through cold outreach, referrals, networking events, and industry directories
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their pain points and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service proposals to key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service in alignment with company guidelines
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Technical Design team to create customized proposals and quotations
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Provide market intelligence reports and competitor analysis to management
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
- Minimum 23 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in construction, interiors, real estate, or distribution is a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (can be taught)
- Willingness to travel within and outside Cebu for client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Willingness to work on weekends and attend client-related PR activities
