The role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective account management and market coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
2. Maintain healthy customer accounts and optimized credit utilization through timely collections and regular reconciliation of customer statements.
3. Implement corporate marketing promotion programs and other relative initiatives to support sales objectives.
4. Gather market intelligence and report relevant information to superiors.
5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
6. Optimize sales coverage to ensure every customer receives timely attention, accurate requirement gathering, and responsive support throughout the engagement.
7. Ensure an up-to-date monthly Quality Objectives (QO).
8. Ensure full compliance with the companys policies, procedures, and work instructions.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
