Glophics is a global printing company that provides custom printing services to clients worldwide. We are currently hiring Japanese Nationals for Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Marketing Staff role. The position specifically focuses and handles local Japanese clients handling inquiries via email and phone, processing orders, and providing detailed product information. You will also contribute to marketing activities designed to strengthen our presence in the Japanese market. Candidates must be willing to work at our office in Cebu City, Philippines.

Salary Range: 300,000 to 500,000 Japanese Yen
Preferred Qualifications:
- No Experience Required- training is provided.
- With experience is an Advantage
- Ability to perform both customer service and marketing tasks is an advantage and will be given priority.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Customer Service and Marketing Staff)
1.) Customer Service
- Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
- Accurately captures customer information.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- l Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat etc.
- Process customers orders.
- Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments.
- Provides customer additional information or explains services.
- Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes.
- Tactfully handles confrontational/complains, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
2.) Marketing Staff

1. ) Customer Service
- Japanese National
- English Proficiency: Basic Level required
- Can Speak in Basic English Language - written or verbal
- Computer Savvy
- Must be self-reliant and goal-oriented
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Capable of working with less supervision and ability to multitask
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Willing to learn and be trained
2.) Marketing Staff
- Japanese National
- Native-level Japanese communication (written and verbal)
- Basic English communication skills for internal coordination
- Computer Savvy
- Strong understanding of Japanese market preferences, trends, and consumer behavior
- Ability to create marketing content tailored for Japanese audiences
- Willingness to learn marketing tools and techniques
- Adaptability to handle both customer service and marketing tasks if needed
