Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in HR business partnership in a BPO setting
- With strong Engagement background
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift
- Willing to work in JDN Mandaue or 1Nito Tower
The HRBP Lead is a strategic role responsible for aligning people strategies with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and driving performance management.
The role acts as a key partner to operations management, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring high retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention by analyzing attrition trends and implementing actionable plans.
- Performance Management & Coaching: Guide leaders in setting performance expectations and building a high-performance culture.
- Talent Management & Acquisition: Oversee HR operations, including workforce planning, talent identification, and supporting hiring for high-priority roles.
- Change Management: Support organizational development, cultural shifts, and change management initiatives.
- Compliance & Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
