HR Officer/HR Generalist, Cebu

Join our team, Total HRM Essentials Inc. are looking for competitive HR Generalist to develop HR strategies and meet organizational goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate of Psychology or HRDM or of any related course.
• At least 4 years Proven HR Experience in ALL Human Resource Aspects (could be at least 3 years experience but with PROVEN knowledge as Generalist)
• Has knowledge on statutory benefits, labor laws, payroll and conducting trainings/seminars.
• Strong decision making and initiative skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic
• Strong technical abilities, and computer literate (specifically on Microsoft word and Excel, Presentation)
