Job Description


We are hiring Call Center Agents in Cebu City for multiple BPO partners.

Open to:

  • SHS Graduates
  • HS Graduates (Old Curriculum)
  • College Undergraduates / Fresh Graduates
  • With or without BPO experience


Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions


Qualifications
  • At least HS/SHS Graduate
  • Good to average English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
