Licensed Architect, Cebu

a.      Prepares complete architectural and construction plans and drawings; 

b.      Regular site supervision and coordination to ensure compliance with approved plans, budgets, schedules, and quality standards; 

c.       Prepares cost estimates for the architectural components of projects; 

d.     3D modeling and printing as required for project deliverables; 

e.      Attends to building maintenance for existing projects;

f.        Constant communication with local and international suppliers, contractors, and forwarders;  

g.      Building permit and occupancy permit processing; 

h.      Coordination with engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies; 

i.        Preparation, review, and submission of project documentation and reports; 

j.        Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, building codes, and professional standards; and 

k.      Such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Management from time to time, provided such tasks are related to the business operations of the Employer.
