Qualifications

• Bachelors degree holder
• At least 36 years of experience in business development or sales
• Experience in digital products, web services, or website-related solutions is an advantage
• Willing to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls and build strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and opportunities through effective engagement
• Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and escalate concerns
• Promote and upsell Premium Care services to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers in activating products and features for better adoption
• Adapt communication for international clients and diverse markets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports
