Information Technology Manager, Cebu

About the role

As the MIS/IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology systems and infrastructure at Harbour City Dimsum House Co., Inc. Based in Tunghaan Minglanilla Cebu, this full-time role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of the company's technology capabilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives
2. Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, networks, servers, and software applications
3. Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems
4. Coordinate with department heads to identify and address their technology needs
5. Manage and mentor the IT support team to ensure efficient service delivery
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations to identify opportunities for improvement
7. Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems
8. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in an IT management or leadership role
3. Strong knowledge of information systems, network administration, and IT infrastructure management
4. Proficient in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-level software and hardware solutions
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
6. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals
7. Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
8. Familiarity with the F&B industry and its technology requirements would be an advantage
