Assistant Sales Manager, Cebu

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the companys customer base. This role involves assisting in sales strategy execution, managing client relationships, and leading a team to deliver strong sales performance.

Qualification:

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Post graduate studies in Business and Management an advantage.
• With at least 5 years of solid experience in Sales & Marketing, 3 years of which as a Manager in consumer fast-moving products, or food chains.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Good leadership and mentoring skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office particularly Excel Spreadsheet).
• Familiarity to standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and HACCP will be an advantage.
• With above average skills in computing numbers.
• With good presentation skills..
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to work in a highly competitive environment.
