Job Requirements
- A graduate of any four-year course.
- Post graduate studies in Business and Management an advantage.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Good leadership and mentoring skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office particularly Excel Spreadsheet).
- Familiarity to standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and HACCP will be an advantage.
- With above average skills in computing numbers.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to work in a highly competitive environment.
- Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales operations
- Prepare sales reports, summaries, and documentation
- Monitor sales performance and targets
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding schedules, client concerns, and updates
- Help manage customer accounts and inquiries
- Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices
- Maintain and update sales records, customer database, and inventory coordination
- Assist in planning sales strategies and promotions
- Follow up on leads, orders, and customer feedback
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
