Spanish Sales Consultant, Cebu

The Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-service oriented Spanish Sales Consultant to join our team in our Cebu, Central Visayas location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new sales by connecting with potential clients over the phone and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our products and services
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored solutions to customer needs
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour when interacting with customers
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in the Spanish language, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
