Sales Representative, Cebu

Weld Powertools and Construction Corp. is seeking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent / Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet company targets. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
• Prepare and submit sales reports and updates
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• College diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Must be able to drive a vehicle
• With a valid professional drivers license
