Performance Management & Excellence Associate, Cebu

We are looking for a Performance Management & Excellence Associate to support the monitoring and improvement of logistics operations. This role focuses on tracking KPIs, analyzing operational data, building performance dashboards, and supporting process improvement initiatives across last-mile delivery, fleet, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery success rate, SLA compliance, turnaround time, and productivity
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, fleet, and finance teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS IE, or any related field
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills
• Experience with dashboards, spreadsheets, or data tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Background in logistics, operations, or business analytics is an advantage
