QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Has relevant administrative, clerical, secretarial experiences
- Amenable to work with a team; team-player
- Amenable to a project-based employment
- Amenable to work in Cebu Business Park
- Preferably can start immediately
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides facilities management support Services to ensure effective and efficient client centre operations.
- Control / monitor / record / report all delivery / movement / requests / disposal / repair of any and all owned assets within client premises.
- Provides assistance to workforce management department on identifying workstations, based under affirmed requirements for workstation identification system by the client.
- Assists and manage issuance of required gate pass and working permits required by client in all works to be rendered or services and goods to be delivered to client premises.
- Coordinates and processes various Facilities-related requests across departments.
- Assists various vendors in securing required permits and documentations.
- Ensures the proper safe-keeping and management of any local government permits issued to client, like, but not limited to PEZA, city government, BFP and other regulatory bodies.
- Ensure proper safe-keeping and management of any contract / agreements / insurance / warranties client may enter to with other various outsourced service providers.
- Manage and triage all service requests received thru the automated Service Request System . Ensure timely acknowledgement of all requests and appropriate forwarding to concerned units/individuals for the appropriate response.
- Operate and manage client's van transport service system by maintaining a trip and reservation tracker that would ensure efficient service delivery.
