Sales Representative, Cebu

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service, utilizing scent-profiling techniques to match customers with suitable fragrances.
• Sales & KPIs: Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets, often by up-selling and cross-selling beauty products.
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of perfume notes, fragrance families, brand heritage, and new launches.
• Stock Management: Replenish inventory, manage testers, and ensure the counter is clean, organized, and compliant with luxury branding.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is not needed but
• Previous experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or fragrance sales is an advantage.
• Complete mandatory benefits

• At least 5'2 in height for women, and 5'5 in men.
• At least High school graduate
