We are looking for Customer Service Representatives / Call Center Agents who will serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service at all times.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Full paid training provided

• Fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
