- Maintaining financial records by ensuring accurate and timely input of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Preparing and processing payroll in accordance with company policies.
- Assisting with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Willing to assign at any of these areas: Banawa, Talisay, Lapu-lapu and Dauis, Bohol
