Airline Specialist (CSR), Cebu

• Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from any part of the globe that the call originates from
• Equipped to handle all general reservations and deal with changes to all reservations
• Process refunds to passengers and answer general airline and reservation queries
• Handle mileage plus reservations and queries
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles/reservations
• Handle customer complaints and provide first time resolution

Schedule: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule

Target Start Date: April 2026

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to 25,000 basic salary (depending on previous salary and BPO experience)
• 2,000 non-taxable allowance
• 20% night differential
• Attendance bonus
• Account allowances
• HMO coverage starting Day 1

• At least Senior High School graduate, 2nd year college level, or college graduate
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience( voice international Account)
• Above-average English communication skills
• Amenable to working onsite
• Able to complete pre-employment requirements (TOR/Diploma, COE, government numbers)
• Available to start as soon as possible
