Description

The HR Admin is responsible for supporting the administrative and human resource functions of the assigned area or region. This includes maintaining employee records, handling recruitment documentation, updating HRIS, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government-mandated requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files, HRIS records, and internal documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, screening applicants, and briefing newly hired staff.
  • Issue employment documents, IDs, quitclaims, and respond to employee HR inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Accounting for payroll account setup and government benefits posting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all admin and HR-related reports and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Computer literate; proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of labor standards and government benefit systems (SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
