Job Description:
We are looking for an On-Call Roving Building Maintenance Personnel assigned within the Cebu area. The role involves responding to maintenance requests across multiple sites, performing minor repairs, troubleshooting building issues, and ensuring facilities remain safe and well-maintained.
The position requires flexibility, quick response to on-call duties, and the ability to work independently while traveling between locations. Applicants should have basic technical skills, relevant experience in building maintenance or repair, and be physically fit. Candidates residing within or near Cebu are preferred. Having a motorcycle is an advantage for easier mobility between assigned sites.
Qualifications:
Vocational graduate or with basic technical repair skills (trade test required)
At least 1 year experience in repair & maintenance, construction, or related field
Physically and mentally fit
Preferably living near deployment areas
with motorcycle is a plus!
