Travel Consultant, Cebu

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle travel-related customer inquiries, assist with bookings, and provide excellent support to clients using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or Undergraduate (at least 2 years completed)
• At least 1 year experience using GDS tools such as Amadeus, Apollo, or Sabre
• With Travel account experience in a BPO or customer service environment
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage travel bookings

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, reservations, and travel services
• Use GDS systems to process bookings, modifications, and cancellations
• Provide accurate travel information and solutions to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction
