Responsibilities

Consistently meeting or exceeding established sales quotas.
Supervising and guiding the sales team toward achieving sales targets.
Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting the performance of the sales team.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identifying sales opportunities and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
Attending regular sales meetings and participating in required training sessions.
Ensuring the store remains adequately stocked and compliant with company product standards.
Perform other duties that the company may require.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic sales or CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to work in Cebu City.
Preferred experience gained from retail, agriculture, poultry, industries
