Sales Recovery Specialist, Cebu

About the Role

We are hiring Sales Recovery Specialist who are confident speaking with U.S. customers and are comfortable closing deals over the phone.

This role focuses on revenue recovery and outbound sales, not customer service. Agents contact customers in the United States to help complete purchases, recover abandoned transactions, and close missed sales opportunities.

If you are competitive, persuasive, and comfortable asking for the sale, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to U.S. customers
• Recover abandoned purchases and missed sales opportunities
• Handle objections and close sales
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements

Fluent, natural English communication

Strong sales personality and closing mindset

Willing to work night shift

Professional appearance and punctuality

Preferred

• 1+ year outbound sales experience
• Experience in telco, insurance, finance, healthcare, or BPO sales
• Previous night shift experience
